German BSW Model 98 bolt action rifle, 8mm caliber, Serial #6997A. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 24” import marked barrel with a ramped blade front and military tangent style rear sights. The Lot Title metal surfaces retain a significant amount of their military finish. The front ring is marked, “BSW” with Nazi proofs and is dated 1938. All visible serial numbers are matching and there are multiple Nazi proofs Lot Title on the barrel, receiver and magazine floor plate. The smooth wood stock is in good condition with primarily storage marks and is serialized to the action. The butt stock ends with a smooth, steel butt plate. The Lot Title bore is good, the action crisp and markings are sharp. Est.: $300-$600. (C+R).

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
