Marlin Model 1889 lever action rifle, .38 WCF caliber, Serial #98192. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 24” octagon barrel. The barrel and full-length magazine retain the majority of their blue Lot Title finish with sharp edges and a Marbles #5 front sight. The receiver shows significant flaking blue with the remainder going to grey patina. The trigger, hammer and lever have old, toning case hardening evident in the Lot Title protected areas. The smooth wood stocks have been lightly sanded and an old coat of varnish added but is in good condition. The butt stock ends with a smooth, steel butt plate which is slightly proud at the toe. Lot Title The bore is good, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp on this nice Marlin circa 1894. Est.: $700-$1,400. (Antique).

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
