Early Koto period katana or Japanese long sword with a 27 ½” blade and tang measures 8 ½” with 3 holes and shortening of tang for remounting. Cloth identified tag is attached hoping for return of family sword when Lot Title surrendered in WWII (Faded out but dirty). Recently found beneath home during remodel in Orange. The blade shows minor erosion and rust that would mostly clean or polish. No visible major defects. Never professionally Lot Title viewed by expert counsels may be important as we would date 1200-1400’s A.D. Est.: $500-$5000?

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
