Pair of French flintlock dueling pistols with English form signed “Agustine Dupre Paris”. Dupre was a famous artist, dye maker and gunsmith responsible for striking Ben Franklin medallion after Revolutionary Warand engraved medallions and designed coins. He was the maker to French Kings replaced by Boutet. Measures 14 ½” overall with 8 ¾” barrels of .60 caliber ssmoothbore. Wood checkered select stocks. Original flintlockwith correct small parts. Good to very good overall condition with minor defects and normal aging. Original Moroccan leather and felt lined deluxe case. The case is very good plus condition. The accessories includecorrect rod and mold. Slightly later replacement flask that is near excellent. Original rod and hammer tool. Missing screw driver.
