Gallager Model 1863 Saddle Ring breech loading percussion carbine, .50 caliber, Serial #9984. The carbine is in good overall condition with a 22” round barrel. The barrel has gone to a mottled silver/brownpatina with areas of light surface erosion. The receiver has gone to a toned silver patina with the saddle ring intact and all matching visible serial numbers. The smooth wood stock is in good condition showingmoderate use with mars and compressions. The butt stock features an iron patch box with an extra nipple and ends with a smooth steel butt plate. The bore in fair, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp on thisCivil War era carbine. Est.: $800-$1,600. (Antique).

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
