Joslyn Model 1864 Saddle Ring percussion carbine, .52 caliber, Serial #12243. The carbine is in good overall condition with a 22” round barrel. The barrel has gone to a plum brown patina with areas of moderatesurface erosion, particularly on top of the barrel. The receiver has gone to a toned silver patina with the saddle ring intact and all matching visible serial numbers. The carbine features all iron hardware, barrelband, trigger guard and butt plate. The smooth wood stock is in good condition showing moderate wear with small mars and compressions. The bore in fair, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp on thisCivil War era carbine. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
