Waffenfabrik Bern Model K1931 Karabiner straight pull rifle, 7.5 x 55mm Swiss caliber, 26” barrel, blued finish, wood stock with leather sling, S/N 785319, all matching visible #s; in overall very good to finecondition with fine bore, crisp action, sharp markings and near fine wood; import marked on underside of barrel at muzzle. Per consignor’s additional notes, Swiss soldier’s white stock tag located inside buttplate,affixed to rear of butt stock. One side has full serial number “785319” and the other has, in three lines, “27 Voser, Johann” (Year of birth, 1927, last name, first name) over “Fus Stabskp 46” (Assigned Unit: shorthandfor Fusilier Stabs Kompagnie 46 which translates to Soldier of Staff Headquarters Company 46) over “Bern Seftigenstr 56” (residence or where served, shorthand for Bern Seftigenstrasse 56). Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
