Brno Model 1898 Persian Mauser bolt action rifle, 8 x 57mm caliber, 23” barrel, blued finish, wood stock, no import marks, S/N 1604, all matching visible numbers, overall very good to near fine condition with verygood to fine bore, crisp action, sharp markings and very good wood; according to consignor, Guatemala ordered only 4,000 rifles in 1937 and most were “ridden hard and put up wet”. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
