Argentine Model 1909 Mauser bolt action rifle, 7.65 caliber, Serial #004315. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 23” barrel with a protected blade front sight and military tangent style rear sight. Themetal surfaces retain a significant amount of their military finish with the action and the bent bolt in the white. The front ring features the Argentine crest and all visible serial numbers are matching. The Mannlicherstyle wood stock is in fair condition showing moderate wear with dents, gouges and areas of finish loss. The butt stock ends with a smooth steel butt plate. The bore is fair, the action functions and the markings arelegible. Est.: $150-$300. (C+R).

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
