Winchester Model 1907 semi-automatic rifle, .351 caliber, 20” barrel, blued finish, wood stocks, S/N 32484; overall good condition with considerable muted original blue on barrel, brown patina to receiver, good markings, fair bore, crisp action, overall good wood showing a small old hairline crack behind the upper tang, some scattered old mars and scratches from carry and storage. NOTE*** DUE TO ADDED SURCHARGES FOR FEDEX & UPS DURING THE HOLIDAYS WE WILL BEGIN SHIPPING ITEMS FOR THE AUCTION JANUARY 3, 2019. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
