Marlin Model 1895 lever action carbine, .40-65 caliber, 22” barrel, blued finish, wood stocks, S/N 152132; overall very good condition with considerable muted blued finish remaining on barrel, balance gone to a grey/brown patina, very good bore, crisp action, good markings and overall good to very good wood stocks; saddle ring is present; approximately 200 produced; accompanied by a factory letter dated 1983 confirming Model, caliber and barrel length; date shipped noted as Nov. 21, 1899. NOTE*** DUE TO ADDED SURCHARGES FOR FEDEX & UPS DURING THE HOLIDAYS WE WILL BEGIN SHIPPING ITEMS FOR THE AUCTION JANUARY 3, 2019. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
