Winchester Model 1886 lever action rifle, .38-56 W.C.F. caliber, 26” octagon barrel, blued and case hardened finish, select wood stocks, S/N 28105; overall very good + condition displaying majority of blued finish on barrel and loading tube, muted areas of original case colors on receiver with balance gone to silver tone, very good + bore, crisp action, sharp markings and very good + stocks. NOTE*** DUE TO ADDED SURCHARGES FOR FEDEX & UPS DURING THE HOLIDAYS WE WILL BEGIN SHIPPING ITEMS FOR THE AUCTION JANUARY 3, 2019. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
