Colt Single Action Army Revolver in .45 Colt caliber with a 7 ½” barrel, U.S. Martially marked and inspected with later replacement hard rubber grips, S/N 112483. The revolver remains in good to very good as found and “out of the attic” condition. This Colt was a family gun carried west and a classic turn of the century holster and belt used with this Colt is included. The revolver shows 30%-50% original finish within a dark and going plum brown patina. The markings are sharp and the edges are crisp. Completely “Uncleaned”. The front sight has been reduced minimally on the edge. There is a index line on the cylinder and action is not working properly or locking up and is in need of repairs. All matching serial numbers with D.F.C. and G sub inspectors. Correct ejector rod head, housing, spring and cylinder pin. The cylinder is matching with “P”. The barrel is numbered 2483 with proper inspections and the bore is good. The hammer is correct to the period and the grips fit well although interior pin is drilled and inserted by someone other than Colt. A very cool cowboy rig. Huge skirt on holster. (Antique) Est.: $1500-$3000
