1903 Danzig Test Luger, #22358, .30 Luger cal., 4'' barrel, blue finish with straw small parts, factory checkered walnut grips, and one unmarked nickel-plated magazine with wooden base. Left side of upper receiver and rear portion of frame with ''(crown)/D'' Danzig proofmark. As is correct for this model, the thumb safety is serrated, and both the upper and lower portions are blue. Condition is excellent retaining approx. 97%+ thinning rust blue with light high edgewear to straw-colored components. Grips with mild flattening. Grip screws retain approx. 65% fire blue. Magazine body with light to just moderate carbon spotting. Bore is mirror bright. All visible matching small parts and, as is correct for this model, the last three digits of the serial number are marked to the bottom edge of sideplate. Est.: $18,000-$24,000.
