1914 Artillery Luger, #738f, 9mm, 8'' barrel, blue finish with straw small parts, checkered walnut grips, with one unmarked WWI era magazine, original holster with unmarked later made combination tool, reproduction walnut shoulder stock, and 1st Model 32-round snail drum magazine marked ''B/N, #645771''. Chamber area dated 1917, toggle link marked DWM, with all visible matching serial numbers. Condition is very good retaining approx. 80%-85% thinning blue, with most of the losses to the sideplate and rails of lower receiver. Grips with moderate flattening and almost all checkers remain defined. Magazine has toned brown at one point and then been lightly cleaned. Carbon spotting to straw blue small parts, which retain about 60% of their original color. Action is good, bore is fair. 1915 dated Julius Arnade marked holster with light general crazing, thinning to final finish on hinge area, modified back loop, missing flap retaining stud, and nice tight stitching. Snail drum finish has thinned to approx. 85% and mechanically retains excellent spring tension with no external dings or dents to exterior surfaces. Est.: $2,000-$3,000.
