Browning Superposed O/U Pigeon grade shotgun two-barrel set by Kerr’s Gun Shop, 12 gauge, Serial #50464 S6. The shotgun is in fine overall condition with two sets of barrels, both 28” Skeet barrels, marked Kerr’s withfull-length Broadway ribs. The first set is Skeet over Skeet and the second set is Full Choke over Modified. The barrels retain nearly all of their blue finish with only light handling marks and ivory bead frontsights. The receiver is French Grey with 80%-85% coverage of scroll engraving with game birds. The finely checkered Walnut stock features a round knob pistol grip, beautiful figure and a Silver escutcheon oval with the initials, “LWK”. The butt stock ends with a ventilated rubber Pachmayr pad providing a 14” LOP to a single gold trigger. The entire set is contained in a Browning luggage case. The bores are good, the action crisp and markings are sharp. According to the consignor, Kerr’s Gun Shop was the only account for whom Browning would provide these options Chokes are skeet/skeet and full/modified. Est.: $5,000-$10,000.
