Lee-Enfield bolt action single shot sporting rifle, .22 caliber, Serial #4843. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 25” barrel. The metal surfaces retain the majority of their military finish. The rifle has been sporterized with the blade front and military tangent style sights retained. The rifle has been rechambered in .22 caliber with follower removed and magazine blocked. The smooth wood stock is in good condition. The bore is good, the action functions and markings are legible.
