The best factory engraved Velo-Dog folding trigger revolver we have seen. The long .22 Velo Dog cylinder is elaborately engraved with flowers as is the entire frame. The octagonal barrel is well marked and proofed. The pearl grips are original with great ‘fire’ and no chips. This “Top Dog” retains nearly all of its original bright nickel finish. From a decades old private collection. Action functions flawlessly. This is a Velo Dog like none other. At the turn of the century the towns in Europe were overrun with feral dogs and some were rabid. One bite from a rabid dog and death was certain.
