Winchester Model 1885 Low Wall single shot rifle, .25-20 WCF caliber, Serial #100992. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 28” octagon barrel. The barrel has gone to a dark patina with sharp edges and the frontsight blade is missing. The receiver is a dark brown while the hammer, trigger and lever assembly retain old, muted case hardening. The smooth wood stocks are in good condition with mars and compressionsconsistent with carry and use. The bore is fair, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp on this Low Wall circa 1912.
