Colt Factory Engraved Custom Workshop Colt Engraving Sampler Model SAA revolver, .44 Special caliber, 5.5” barrel, nickel finish, pearl medallion Custom Shop 150th medallion, S/N SA27592; like new condition in wood and glass Colt presentation case and copy of factory letter confirming caliber, barrel length, finish and mother-of-pearl grips; also noted that factory engraving was done by Denise Thirion, with shipment of gun to Armsmear II in Anaheim, CA on Nov. 14, 1991. Importantly, under “Remarks”, the following is stated: “The above firearm has the following special features: Type “B” scroll engraving in “Henshaw” on the bottom of the backstrap and on the trigger guard bow, “Nimschke” on the cylinder, “Helfricht” on the frame, and “Contemporary” on the barrel and ejector rod housing. The 150th Rampant Colt logo is linecut engraved on top of the backstrap, and “Colt Engraving Sampler” is linecut engraved down the backstrap in script style. This firearm was processed on Colt Custom Shop Order Number 3422-1. It is also interesting to note that subject revolver is the only Single Action Army revolver produced in the Sampler Edition in the above noted configuration”. (Modern/PPT). Est.: $3,000-$6,000.

During the Holiday Season there are added surcharges for shipping therefore we will begin shipping for this auction January 4th. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packing, materials, shipping, 2% of invoice total for insurance, custom fee, duty fees, exporter fee etc. International shipments are sent to an exporter. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third-party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
