German Mauser K98 Mauser bolt action rifle, .30-06 caliber, Serial #6369k. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 24” Nazi marked barrel with a ramped blade front and military tangent style rear sights. Themetal surfaces have gone to a grey patina with light surface erosion and the barrel has been re-marked with .30-06. The front ring is coded, “duv” and dated 1942 with Nazi Eagle proofs. The left side of the rearsight is marked, “GERMANY.” The rifle was rechambered for firing .30-06 blanks only. The smooth wood stock is in good condition showing moderate to heavy use with dents, mars and scratches from carry and use. Thebore is fair, the marking are sharp and the action functions. During the Holiday Season there are added surcharges for shipping therefore we will begin shipping for this auction January 4th. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packing, materials, shipping, 2% of invoice total for insurance, custom fee, duty fees, exporter fee etc. International shipments are sent to an exporter. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third-party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
