Remington Model 788 bolt action rifle, .223 Remington caliber, Serial #A6056118. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 24” barrel with the front and rear sights removed. The metal surfaces retain themajority of their blue finish with wear at the muzzle and areas of light surface erosion. The smooth wood stock is in good condition and ends with a ventilated rubber recoil pad which is poorly fitted. The rifle is topped with a Century International Arms 4 x 12 x 40 variable power rifle scope. The bore is good, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp. The lot includes one correct magazine. During the Holiday Season there are added surcharges for shipping therefore we will begin shipping for this auction January 4th. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packing, materials, shipping, 2% of invoice total for insurance, custom fee, duty fees, exporter fee etc. International shipments are sent to an exporter. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third-party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
