Full stocked percussion Kentucky type rifle marked “Leman Lancaster Warranted” on the barrel. Engraved patch box with checkered wrist and set triggers. Measures 58” overall with a 44” barrel of .36 caliber rifled.Brown patina finish with cleaning to see name long ago. Fair to good overall condition showing front cap and wood loss to top area at front of lock. Also some rough treatment behind the hammer and around the lock screwlong ago during use. Minor wood losses at the top edges of the stock. Similar top chiefs grade treaty rifles but no such markings to “I.D.” Found in Northern California gold rush country. Est.: $600-$1200

During the Holiday Season there are added surcharges for shipping therefore we will begin shipping for this auction January 4th. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packing, materials, shipping, 2% of invoice total for insurance, custom fee, duty fees, exporter fee etc. International shipments are sent to an exporter. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third-party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
