1) LOEWE SPANISH 1893 BOLT ACTION CAVALRY CARBINE. Cal. 7mm Mauser. S# A2133. Non matching numbers through. Receiver marked on left rail "MAUSER ESPANOL MODELO 1893 MANUFACTURA LOEWE BERLIN" & 6 point star. Marked on top w/ Spanish crest & "BERLIN 1894". Has turned down bolt handle. Ladder rear sight graduated to 1,400m. Inverted V front sight. No provision for sling. Walnut stock set. Has saddle bar & ring below grip. CONDITION: stock set has arsenal rework type finish obscuring any markings w/ moderate wear, staining & handling marks & slight loss of wood around saddle bar & trigger guard. Metal turning overall gray & patina w/ scattered oxidation & fine pitting. Dark oxidized bore shows traces of rifling. (01-17478/RW). 2) LOEWE 1895 CHILEAN BOLT ACTION CARBINE. Cal. 7mm Mauser. S# B2157. Bbl. 18". Numbers match receiver, bolt, trigger guard & floorplate. Receiver is marked on left side "MAUSER CHILEANO MODELO 1895 MANUFACTURA LOEWE BERLIN". Receiver ring has worn fading Chilean crest. Turned down bolt handle. Ladder rear sight graduated to 1,400m. Inverted V front sight w/ protective ears. Cleaning rod & bayonet lug is present. Sling swivels on left side. Butt swivel has correct attached saddle ring. Right side of butt has plate for swivel attaching screws. Walnut stock set. Stock has partly obscured Chilean crest on left side. CONDITION: stock has extensive wear, dents, scratches & staining. Has sm. crack behind receiver tang. Raised chip ahead of butt plate tang. Band retain springs slightly raised at rear due to oxidation issues. Metal turning overall gray & patina w/ oxidation & scattered fine pitting throughout. Fair worn bore turning dark. (01-17483/RW).
