SPECIALLY SIGNED CASES. BOTH: cal. 22 LR. Bbls. 4 3/4" w/ fixed sights. Blued finishes w/ Ivorex grips having red eagle medallions. MAGS: 4 factory 10 rd. w/ red eagle removable bases. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: appropriate red matching numbered plastic cases w/ corresponding commemorative emblems on lids. Appropriate marker applied autographs on each case. Copy of original advertisement, 1999 letter indicating GOAL pistol shipped by Baron Technology & signed by David Baron, President plus Tom Lent, Engraver. Original Ruger "no charge" invoice to GOAL. GOAL letter to Don Findley, noted Ruger author, congratulating him on purchase plus postmarked envelope to Findley w/ copy of his bank check for payment. CONDITION: all aspects near excellent; appear new. 1) MKII SPECIAL 50TH ANNIVERSARY. S# 222-42154. Mfg. 1999 & donated by Ruger to Gun Owners' Action League as fund raising item for their 25th Anniversary. Selective gold layering done by Baron Technology master engraver, Tom Lent. Only 1 example produced w/ uncheckered grips having gold plated screw, trigger & bolt stop pin. High gloss finish. Gold bbl. writing; left side w/ "Gun Owners' Action League" plus "25th Anniversary" on right. Ruger anniversary logo over chamber highlighted in gold plus "1974-1999" gold GOAL emblem on top of receiver in front of rear sight. Stainless bolt w/ Ruger emblem in gold on rear. Red case marker autographed w/ consignor provided names of : Mike Yacino, Jim, Nancy Snow, & Jon Green. (21-1264/NW). 2) MKII NRA ENDOWMENT. S# NRA-09764. Mfg. 2003 w/ special NRA seal over chamber & likeness of Ruger's signature near top of receiver between seal & rear sight. Checkered grips. Mfg. to raise money for NRA endowment w/ proceeds of each sale going to NRA. Early low numbers had premium attached surcharges; sliding scale related to lowness of numbers. Special example having Chris Cox's of NRA-ILA dated signature which also is on NRA Foundation Certificate. Cox's signatures accompanied by unreadable NRA-ILA signature appearing to be one word.
