A Big Billie that has his winter coat is one of the most impressive North American Big Game Trophy’s out there. The Uinta’s has a high population of Mountain Goats and offers some great trophy quality. Hunter is responsible for the cost of the State License fee. Offered by Sportsmen for Fish & Wildlife. SFW is a 501(c)3 tax exempt charitable organization.
