The Monroe unit is located in Central Utah and is one of the most popular elk units in the State. The world record elk "Spider Bull" was harvested on this unit. Substantial habitat work has been completed by the US Forest Service, Utah DWR and Sportsmen's groups.
Hunter is responsible for any additional costs of the appropriate resident or non-resident license fees. Permit provided by Utah Division of Wildlife Resources.
Season Dates: Hunter must choose either early or late season but not both.
