2024/2025 Five Day Namibian Safari for 2 Hunters with Namibia Safari Corporation, includes 1 Gemsbok, 1 Hartmann Zebra and 1 Springbuck (to be shared between the two hunters). Jaco van der Merwe, owner and experienced PH, and his team welcome you to Namibia Safari Corporation. The family-owned hunting ranch stretching over 167 square miles in the Khomas region of central Namibia, 100 miles South-west of Windhoek. With no high fences, and total fence-free on one side, fair chase hunting does not come any better. Bow and rifle hunters are welcome. The large terrain supports a variety of species, including leopard, plains game as well as Hartmann Zebra and Klipspringer, both endemic to Namibia. Cape buffalo, elephant, lion, hippo and crocodile, can be hunted in a different hunting concession. Jaco, with his experienced team of trackers and skinners ensure that clients return home with award- winning trophies and great hunting memories. Due to the vastness of the ranch, the hunt will always start by hunting vehicle, and as soon as animals or fresh tracks are spotted, the stalk will usually continue on foot. Luxury accommodation is provided in the COVID 19-compliant lodge, in African Thatch style. Rooms are en-suite, with heaters and fans, daily laundry service and a sparkling swimming pool. At the end of a great hunting day, nothing beats toasting to great hunting with beer from our on-site microbrewery around the fire, followed by a home cooked meal or game dishes prepared on the fire. Observers are welcome at $150 per observer per day. Extra hunters and /or extra hunting days may be added for $320 (2x1) per hunter per day or $390 (1x1) per hunter per day. Included in this hunt at no (-$0) extra cost are one (1) Gemsbok (Oryx), one (1) Springbuck and one (1) Hartmann Zebra (trophies to be shared by hunters). Hunters may take extra trophies (16 species from which to choose) at the published trophy rates. Hunting season is February through November, contact the outfitter to inquire about available dates as soon as possible. Hunt includes daily rates, trophy fees for 1 Gemsbok, 1 Springbuck, 1 Hartmann Zebra, 1 PH, trackers and skinners, trophy preparation, and all transportation during the hunt. All meals, luxury lodging, and daily laundry are also included. Expenses before arrival and after drop-off at Windhoek Airport are the hunters' responsibility. Not included is dipping, packing, & shipping of trophies home, gratuities for PH and staff, and curios. Gun rental is $40/day, bullets are $4/bullet (min of 20 bullets). Pickup and drop-off are at Windhoek Airport, Windhoek, Namibia.
