Description: Tyler McMahon of Sherwood Outfitters has generously donated this baited spring bear hunt for 2 Black Bears in Alberta. Big mature boars in the 6 foot plus range is the goal and several are taken each year. During your week of hunting, you can expect to see numerous bears and you have a great opportunity to take a color phased bear. Sherwood Outfitters area has all the color phases of the black bear species and takes a significant number of colored bears every year! With a 2 bear limit, your chances are taking a real trophy black bear are increased significantly. The success rate on the first bear has typically been 100%. Wolf and Coyote will be hunted as animals of opportunity. Expect a very high success rate on excellent bears! This hunt includes meals, accommodations and excellent fishing within close proximity. Hunt Dates: May 26 – June 1st, 2024. Not included: Hunting License: $200; Airfare to/from Edmonton, Alberta; Taxidermy; shipping of Trophies. Personal items including alcohol, tobacco.
