This is a truly rare opportunity to help fund the very first waterhole development that will be built on property owned and maintained by the ADBSS. This 40 acre property was generously donated to the ADBSS by James Rinehart and is located in the Harcuvar Mountains in GMU 44A east. The addition of a permanent water source in this area will help expand the growing desert bighorn sheep herd in that mountain range. Plans are to construct this new development in the spring of 2025 with funds obtained from the special auction item, grant-in-aid funds from the Wild Sheep Foundation, as well as ADBSS donor funds and an ADBSS funding commitment. The successful bidder will receive the naming rights to the “Rinehart - __________” Waterhole Development” as well as a SheepCamp style welcome party for family and friends attending the building of this historic project!

Return Policy: All sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds on any item! Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer.
Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!

Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Association reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
