U.S. Model 1903 bolt action rifle by Rock Island Arsenal, .30-06 caliber, 24” barrel marked “H. S. 7-44”, military finish, wood stock with “T/n” on underside of butt stock and “R” stamped on top of butt stock; overall good condition showing majority of military finish to metal surfaces, sharp markings, good bore, crisp action; stock shows scattered mars and scratches including an approximate 2” of wear/scratching tounderside of stock in front of barrel band.
