Winchester Model 1894 Lever Action Rifle in .30-30 caliber with a 26” octagon barrel, full mag and rifle butt, S/N 580190 and made in about 1911. This rifle shows 75%-85% blue on the barrel and magazine tube with minorlight rust and erosion. The frame has gone to a gray patina. Good markings. The stocks are good with a couple of deep gouges and minor dings and mark. Good wood to metal fit. The action is good. The bore shows some erosionbut rifling is fairly strong and may scrub up. All over-sized, fragile or bulky items are the buyer's responsibility to have a third party shipper pick up and deliver.We do not ship to address' outside the United States.
Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
