Colt SAA 1st Generation revolver, .38-40 caliber, Serial #204479. The pistol is in fine overall condition as professionally refinished with a 5 ½” barrel. The pistol retains nearly all of the re-nickeled finish. The action and timing are both good. The stag grips are fit well and have taken on a pleasing taffy color. The bore is good, markings are legible and the action is crisp on this refinished 1st Gen SAA, circa 1901.Est.: $1,200-$2,400. (C+R).
