Winchester 1894 Lever Action Takedown Rifle in .25-.35 W.C.F. caliber with a 26” octagon barrel, blue finish, walnut stock, crescent butt, and 3 leaf rear sight, S/N 428628. This rifle remains in very good condition showing 80%-90% of its original blue remaining on the barrel and magazine tube with wear on the edges along with some pinprick pitting on the barrel and tube. The frame shows considerable amount of blue remaining turning to a brown/plum patina. The action is tight and the bore is very good. There is some “Play” where the barrel and frame lock up. All over-sized, fragile or bulky items are the buyer's responsibility to have a third party shipper pick up and deliver.We do not ship to address' outside the United States.
Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
