Winchester Model 1894 lever action rifle, .30 WCF caliber, Serial #160417. The rifle is in very good overall condition as re-finished. The rifle has a 26” octagon barrel with full-length magazine. The metalsurfaces retain 90% of an old, quality re-blue with light surface erosion on the side of the receiver and small scratches along the barrel. A period Redfield receiver sight has been added during the period ofuse. The smooth wood stocks are in very good condition with an extra coat of varnish added. The bore is fair, the action is crisp and the markings are legible on this early 1894 rifle, circa 1899. Est.: $600-$1,200. (C+R).
