Original case for a 1851 Navy Colt with accessories. The forest green velveteen lined case remains in good to very good condition with solid partitions and some fading and fraying. The bent spout navy flask is goodwith no dents. A navy mold with 50% blue remains showing some hammering but excellent cavities, nipple wrench (broken at the front), and Ely cap tin with good label. The exterior is good to very good with minorscratching and most of its original varnish. From the well-recognized Gary Wiemann estate collection who obtained it in the 90s from the Larry Price collection who purchased it in the 50s from the McClellan collection inFullerton who were the owners of Ford's Liquor store where the iconic Colt collection was displayed (Mentioned in the front of Serven's book on Colts).
