Moore Seven Shot .32 rim-fire revolver marked “Made for Smith & Wesson” on the barrel, S/N 7099. Shows a re-nickeled finish with ejector rod missing and a 5” barrel. Approximately 70%-80% old dulled nickelremains and frame shows polishing but the barrel address and lettering of the patent date 1860 legible on the cylinder. Revolving but not locking up. The grips are chipped and worn fair to good. A significate collector’s item as these S&W marked Moore’s were part of the patent infringement law suit won by S&W over many manufactures giving the a virtual “Lock” on the bored through cylinder. (Antique) Est.: $350-$700
