"J.P. Lower" marked .32 rimfire single action revolver from the Civil War era, S/N 1780. Very good condition with 50%-80% original bright blue on the barrel. The frame and cylinder drifted to patina. The grips show30%-40% flaking varnish and are about good. Most case colors on the hammer and original pin/extractor retained. Not revolving properly and needing action repair. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
