Colt 1908 U.S. Property marked Semi-Auto Pistol in .25 ACP with parkerized finish. Excellent condition with 98%-99% military style finish, bright case colors on small parts, ordnance wheel marked and checkeredwood medallion grips. Fine to excellent interior. Tag from Ron Kowal collection. Note: A clever dealer and his gunsmith produced a number of U.S. marked Model 1908's knowing that there are no records available. All over-sized, fragile or bulky items are the buyer's responsibility to have a third party shipper pick up and deliver.We do not ship to address' outside the United States.
Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
