J. Walker & Son side by side hammer shotgun, 10 gauge, Serial #11323. The shotgun is in fair overall condition with 32” Damascus steel barrels with a full-length filed rib. The barrel address reads, “J. WALKER & SONFINE DAMASCUS STEEL”. The barrels have gone to brown patina with light to moderate surface rust. The receiver shows muted case hardening with 60%-70% coverage in scroll engraving. The finely checkered stock is infair condition with dents, compressions and a crack at the wrist. The shotgun has double triggers and a 13 ¾” LOP. The bores are rough, the action functions and the markings are legible. Est.: $250-$500. (Antique).
