Fernando Saiz - Spain donates a three-day trophy EUROPEAN ROE DEER hunt up to bronce medal CIC for one hunter to be taken in 2024 and 2025. This trip combines a magnificent hunt with shopping and cultural visits. The stay will take place at Fernando´s 16th Century Hacienda. Fernando encourages you to take your wife, who will be taken with you to different historical cities, in which shopping, sightseeing and typical meals are spectacular.
Included are the reception at the airport, clearance of guns, transportation from Madrid to the hunting area, professional hunter 1x1 (English speaking) and full accommodations (room and meals).
Not included are the Air fare to and from Madrid, non-hunting companion ($390/day), hunting license ($ 290/area), taxidermy ($250/trophy), Export Permit and Veterinary Certificate ($225/trophy) shipping, extra cost for medal scoring according to price list and 21% VAT on donation Value. Hunt can be upgraded to, Iberian Red stag ($5,100), European Fallow Deer ($5,100), Ibex (Gredos, Beceite, Southeastern and Ronda $8,500/each), Pyrenean Chamois ($5,400), Mouflon Sheep ($5,100) and Wild Boar ($1,500).

1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, Wyoming DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, Wyoming DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
4. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
5. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
6. Wyoming DSC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
7. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.

The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by Wyoming DSC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, Wyoming DSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Wyoming DSC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Wyoming DSC’s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Wyoming DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Wyoming DSC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
Wyoming DSC is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to Wyoming DSC are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Amounts paid for an item in excess of stated value may qualify for charitable deduction.
