This very special hunt has been donated to JSSOF by Bob and Jay Young of Young's Land & Cattle.

Two hunters will be hunting in Bob and Jay's personal hunting honey-hole in Baylor County, Texas. The property consists of around 10,000 acres of prime whitetail habitat. This private hunting oasis is normally reserved for only family members.

The hunt is for two hunters. They can take one trophy whitetail and one management whitetail
(total). Free-range trophy whitetail in the area will score in the 140 to 160 class B& C. In addition, hunters can take unlimited hogs and coyotes. Each hunter may also harvest a turkey.
This is the perfect hunt for a parent/child or husband and wife.

The Youngs will take you around the ranch and show you productive stands to hunt out of during your stay. Once they give you a guided tour of the ranch, you will be left on your own to hunt as much as you want!

Lodging on the ranch is included, and you are just a short drive to town for your meals, which are not included.

The hunt is three days between Christmas and the first Sunday in January. 2023/24


Included: Three days of hunting on nearly 10,000 acres of private, rarely hunted land. The opportunity to take one trophy buck and one management buck during the hunt. ( total for both hunters), unlimited hogs and coyotes and each hunter can bag a wild turkey. Lodging at the hunting location, a pre-hunt scouting trip with the owners.

Not Included: Meals, in-field transportation, license fees, and game processing. There is a game processor in town.
