4 Day Snowmobile trip in Colorado for up to 4 - $2,400 / EXHIBITOR
In search of the perfect Covid Escape? Then head to Wild Skies' secluded ride in/out snowmobile cabin in NW Colorado. Perfect for family, friends or clients. This donation can be used for any available dates between Nov 29, 2021 and May 21, 2022, for a four day snowmobile, snowshoe, or cross-country skiing vacation for up to four people. Extra days may be added for $600 a night plus taxes. If a larger group than 4 people add $50 per night per extra person, plus taxes/fees. You would be staying in an upscale, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3600 SF mountain home with radiant in floor heat and can sleep up to 16 people. The cabin offers ½ mile of river frontage where some of the purest species of cutthroat trout can be found along with excellent brook and rainbow trout and ice fishing is an option. Wild Skies’ Cabin is a little more than 1 hour from Steamboat Springs and located in between two mountain passes in an area of Colorado that is comparable to the Snowy Range without the crowds and less rocks. Within a 30-40 mile radius there are no cabin rentals or towns so be prepared to enjoy the snow and the seclusion of practically having the entire area to yourself. This area averages between 25-50 feet of snowfall a year. Within less than a 2 minute ride from the front door are sublime alpine mountain meadows and amazing tree runs. Just a short ride further on a national scenic byway takes you to the deep powder bowls, steep hills and it is all unpacked, untracked snow. You can fly directly into the Steamboat Springs, CO airport (Yampa Regional Airport) and there is a local snowmobile rental company or you can drive out with your trailer and sleds. Your trailer or vehicle will be parked 2.5 miles from the cabin and you may either ride your snowmobiles in or you can be driven in by Snowcat with your equipment/supplies if you are not snowmobiling; however the entire group must arrive at the same time within 30 minutes of the predetermined arrival time to be Snowcatted in to the cabin. Vacationer is responsible for all travel, meals, equipment rental, taxes and insurance fees and any additional nights or guests added above and beyond donation.
