4 Mike Childress Pen and Ink Art Prints in 2 Large Frames. "Texas Slam '96-97" signed and numbered #105/950, and "Nomads" 2001 signed, numbered #212/750. They are in a rustic wood frame that measures 32" Long x 23" Wide. The next 2 prints are "Cactus Kings" 1999 signed, numbered #207/750 and "Mesquite Haven" 2000 numbered 148/750 in a 36.5" Long x 23" Wide wood and glass frame. Mike Childress (b.1945-d.2018) was a 6th generation Texan that produced wildlife art for 40 years. He used skills he learned while earning a chemical engineering degree from Texas A & M. Each year since 1998, he was selected to provide an original pen an ink drawing depicting the highest scoring animals taken under the rules of the Texas Wildlife Association?s Texas Big Game Awards.
