4 WWII GERMAN FLAGS INCLUDING AN SA 21ST STRUM

STANDARD.
1) SA STANDARD. A scarce SA flag for the 21st Strum measuring approx. 46" x 57". Flag is of sewn construction throughout with an 8" x 6" dark green, gold bullion bordered rectangle in the upper hoist corner. The rectangle has the numbers “21/1” denoting the 21st Strum of Standart 1. Standart 1 was under the direction of Ostfriesland & was part of Brigade 63. Its early headquarters were in Aurich, then Emden & finally in Aurich again towards the end of the war. Below the green rectangle are the chain stitched numbers, “31/2”, “31/2” & “1/1”, representing traditional or absorbed unit numbers. CONDITION: flag shows moderate wear with a few scattered holes & also scattered repaired holes. There is some minor staining & discoloration, some of the stains could possibly be blood.
2) PARTY FLAG. A standard, sewn construction Party flag measuring approx. 31" x 53". Flag depicts a black Party symbol on a round white field sewn to a solid red flag. CONDITION: flag shows severe fading with staining & significant losses primarily at the edges.
3) WWI NAVAL JACK. Flag is of standard black, white & red tricolor design with a central, printed, black maltese cross. Flag measures approx. 33" x 62" & has a rope hoist. CONDITION: flag has minor holes & moderate staining with a sewn repair at the bottom hoist edge.
4) BATTLE FLAG. A lg. WWII period battle flag measuring approx. 76" x 132". Flag is standard printed pattern in black, red & white. Hoist is marked, “Johann Liebieg & Co Reichenberg Sudetenland” & “Kr. Fl. 200 X 335”. CONDITION: flag is in very solid condition with only minor scattered moth holes.
