4-day/5-night Alaska Fresh/saltwater Fishing Package for Four Anglers
Enjoy a 4-day/5-night stay on the world-famous Kenai Peninsula on this freshwater and saltwater excursion for four anglers donated by Alaskan Fishing Adventures-Tim Berg's. Schedule this trip with outfitter for open dates in May, June or August 2015. Your hosts, Tim and Carol Berg, have been operating upscale fishing lodges in Alaska for over thirty-five years. Your Alaska fishing vacation takes place at Tim's Trophy Lodge, which is situated right on the banks of the famous Kenai River. You and your guests have four days of fully guided and outfitted fishing. Each day your group can choose whether you would like to fish freshwater or saltwater, including two different rivers or two saltwater locations. The Kenai River, which is home to the largest king salmon, is an ideal trophy fishery for anglers looking for the 'King for the Wall.' Guests land king salmon in excess of 70 pounds each summer and Tim's Trophy Lodge guests have set many IGFA records over the years. The Kenai River is where the current IGFA World Record Salmon was landed, a whopping 97 lbs. 4 ounces. Another popular trip is fishing from a drift boat on the scenic and highly productive Kasilof River. Fishing from a drift boat for a large king salmon is challenging and rewarding. Giant Alaska halibut in excess of 300 pounds are pulled from these waters each summer. Tim Berg and his staff operate six vessels from these locations and provide anglers with unequaled saltwater action for halibut, lingcod, king and silver salmon, snapper and rockfish. Included are full-service lodge accommodations, meals, beverages, Napa Valley wine each evening, guide service and fish processing up to 100 pounds. Also included is one case of Tim & Carol Berg's own premium Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from the Berg's Sarco Creek Estate Vineyard. Not included are any before/after trip expenses, fishing licenses ($100/angler), tags ($50/angler) and gratuities. Arrival/departure point is Soldotna, Alaska.
