FIREARMS WHITETAIL HUNT - IOWA

Repeat donor, Alan Reinemann, is donating an extremely coveted whitetail hunt for 2 hunters during Iowa’s second gun season, December 13-17, 2026 (alternate years are available; see below). This five (5) hunting days hunt on 500 acres of private property is in Southeast Iowa (Zone 6), with permitted firearms only (shotgun and straight-wall cartridge). This is an area where many outdoor shows and professional hunters are filmed, including The Crush with Lee and Tiffany, Drury Outdoors, Knight and Hale, and Primos. This is one of the best trophy-producing whitetail locations in the United States, where 170-inch bucks are not uncommon, and a monster buck is certainly a possibility. Alan, who has been hunting this area for about 25 years, encourages bucks at least 145”. On New Year’s Eve 2023, a hunter shot with a muzzleloader an 8-point, with a broken brow tine, that measured over 174”! His hunters have also shot two over 175” and three over 180”. Hunters can arrive a day early. Meals and accommodations in a comfortable cabin, equipped with all the modern amenities, including satellite TV, are included. Bid now on this hunt because it is difficult to even have the chance to hunt these monsters as Alan only allows a few select hunters the opportunity to hunt his properties each year. Additional hunters can be added for $4,250 each. Your Iowa hunting license is the responsibility of the hunter. Tags are a draw, but 85% success with no preference points for this season (if unsuccessful in 2026 draw, hunt can be arranged for an alternate year—through 2028).
