Nancy Lee Gysin, the US representative for Avula Safaris has generously donated a 5-day hunt for 1 hunter and a non-hunting companion/observer for 1 Cape Buffalo in the Northern Cape of South Africa. You will be hunting in the heart of Africa near the town of Colesberg in the Karoo. Avula Karoo Lodge spans over 64, 000+ acres of unsurpassed beauty. Run your eyes across horizons that never end. Taste the champagne air. Follow the embers from the fire as they drift lazily upwards towards a celestial ceiling. Relax in style as our highly-trained staff take care of your every need. Enjoy home cooked style African cuisine at its finest, with fresh local bread and beverages all adjusted to your dietary needs. Only once you’ve stayed in this part of the world are you able to successfully describe serenity. Avula Karoo offers both Rifle & Archery hunting. The accomplished bow hunter will enjoy the challenge of walking and stalking this beautify landscape. The donation includes trophy fees for one Cape Buffalo. The hunt may be taken between June of 2019 and June of 2020. Accommodations for Hunter includes: a beautiful 5-star private en-suite, 3 home cooked meals daily, snacks, local beers, local wines (red & white), soft drinks, daily maid service in your suite, daily laundry service, lodge staff service, professional hunter (Licenced PH-Guide), tracker, skinners, field dressing, caping, trophy pick-up service by local taxidermist for processing. One of the nice things about Avula Safaris is that we do not mix you with other people/groups, you have the complete attention of the entire staff. Avula Karoo offers 2 separate en-suite chalets and 6 private attached en-suite. Not included are airfare, before and after expenses, animals wounded or harvested in addition to the Buffalo, dip/pack and shipping of trophies, taxidermy fees, rifle permit nor gratuities for PH and staff. Additional hunters and animals may be added per their current price list. LVSCI would like to thank Avula Safaris for this generous donation.
