The South African Hunting Safari is for 2 - 8 hunters (hunter being defined as someone who harvests a minimum of 2 animals). Included are 5 days/5 nights of daily rates (lodging, meals, and all beverages) for each hunter and $1000 total for the winning bidder or for the group to share toward trophy fees. Of the 5 days, 1 day will include an afternoon of bird hunting for dove, francolin, and guineafowl. If upgraded to 10 hunting days, an additional $2000 toward trophy fees will also be included. Not included in the donation is airfare to/from Johannesburg, day of arrival and day of departure ($180 per person each way), conservation fees ($10 per animal), VAT (value added tax), dip and pack ($180 per animal) if taxidermy is done in the U.S., shipping of trophies, taxidermy, and gratuities. Non-hunters are welcome to join the group at the standard daily rate of $280 per day. Hunt may be taken anytime in 2025, 2026, or 2027. This 5-day donation is valued up to $15,500. If upgraded to 10 days, the donation is valued up to $17,500.
Should any images be needed to create a visual presentation, note that only pictures from our business website (www.wwbeest.com) may be used. We would be happy to email some to you as well.
After your event, kindly forward to us the selling price as well as details of the winning bidder so we are able to make contact with them. Also, please provide them with our contact information below. They may call at any time or come to our ranch for dinner prior to the hunt to go over details and ask any questions they may have. We will also be having some open houses next January/February throughout the U.S. Details will be determined at a later date.
Please note that this is a 70%-30% donation (70% of the selling price for your organization and 30% to be given back to us). Our portion should kindly be mailed to us at our address below.

The Outfitter/Safari Operator will require an additional deposit to hold hunting dates once they are confirmed. The deposit may be used for additional days, trophy fees, or expenses you incur with the hunt. The deposit may not be returned in the event of a cancellation; however, it may be carried over if rescheduling is necessary. Hunt dates are the responsibility of the hunter and the Outfitter/Safari Operator and are handled between those two parties.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC. will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC. 9. Successful bidders are required to contact outfitters and service providers within 60 days of the auction to schedule and reserve dates.
10. Purchased trips cannot be combined to run adjacent or concurrent with any other purchased donations without approval of all involved outfitters.
11. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC `s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
12. FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
13. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization. Consult your tax professional for deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases
14. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC Auction, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC. FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC. If a refund or credit is approved by the FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third-party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of FUR TAKERS OF AMERICA, INC and all Board decisions are final.
