THIS IS A RESERVE AUCTION - HIGH BIDS WILL BE OFFERED TO THE INDIVIDUAL SELLERS AND WILL BE DETERMINED AS SOLD IF APPROVED BY THE SELLER.
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinable factor. Central Texas Auction Services, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Central Texas Auction Services, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Central Texas Auction Services, LLC shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. All items need to be picked up from the auction site at 212 E Loop 121, Belton, TX 76513 on auction day. Items may be removed on the day of the auction until 4:00pm, Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm and Monday, March 9, 2020 from 9:30am to 4:30pm.Any other times will need to be by appt only. Any items left past 5 days will be deemed abandoned and become the property of CTAS. All firearms must be picked up in person. You must have a valid ID and must be over the age of 21. Weber’s Guns will be on site Saturday, March 7, 2020 until 4PM to process background checks. If firearm is not picked up on Saturday, you can pick it up after 1PM on Monday, March 9, 2020 from Weber’s Guns 2710 Ira Young Dr Temple, TX 76504. There will be a $12.50 background fee charged for each firearm purchased that will be due when paying for your firearm. Please arrange your own shipper, we do not ship, although we will assist in meeting your shipper at the property for pick up by appointment.
